Twenty-one different artists will perform the 21 songs found on the [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Rolling Stones[/lastfm]‘ double-album greatest hits set Hot Rocks 1964-1971 at a benefit show set to take place on March 13 at Carnegie Hall in New York City…

So far, [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Roseanne Cash[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Steve Earle[/lastfm] have agreed to perform, with more artists to be announced closer to the event.

The evening will be the eighth in a series of fundraising events put on my philanthropist Michael Dorf designed to held fund musical education programs for underprivileged youth.

Previous concerts have spotlighted the music of [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Bob Dylan[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]The Who[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Neil Young[/lastfm], and [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Elton John[/lastfm]. ~JZ.
