Comcast Needs To Work On Their Customer Service

Sometimes cancelling memberships can be quite difficult. We’ve all had to deal with it. Sometimes it’s a bank account, a tanning membership, even the gym. There have been TV episodes devoted to the very idea!

For Ryan Block, the drama came when he tried to cancel his Comcast subscription.

Rather than canceling the subscription immediately, the Comcast employee just refuses to listen. He demands over and over again a reason for wanting to cancel his service.

Since the incident, Comcast has apologized, but it’s probably too little too late.
