I tried a new recipe over the weekend, and yes – it was an idea I got from
Facebook, er Pinterest. It was Fiona’s account, I swear!
Let’s call them mozzarella-stuffed, bacon-wrapped, biscuit bombs.
Here’s how you make them…
First you take a chunk of mozzarella cheese and wrap in half a breakfast biscuit. Next, you wrap the biscuit in bacon. Grab a toothpick and skewer it to hold it in place. Place it in a hot pan and each side for a few minutes. After they are nice and crispy, finish them off in the oven.
It’s really that easy.
If I ever open a restaurant, this will be on the menu.
