Diane Hollified Cupp said in her post that she’s been trying to post this for days.
Thank heavens she didn’t give up.
On a recent flight home to from Germany, there was an Army private in full uniform on board. Upon landing, the pilot announced that the private was escorting the remains of a World War II soldier – and that he would be exiting the plane first.
It turned out there was also a group of young people on that flight, just returning from Europe. And as the Army private made his way to the exit, something wonderful happened.
Have a tissue handy, and enjoy.
During her tour of Germany, Diane and her husband toured a concentration camp – and were told that remains of Allied soldiers are still being recovered to this day. You can find more on her story right here.
