London Subway Station Taken Over by ‘Cats’ (PHOTOS)

This is wild and wonderful! Instead of countless ads cluttering the Clapham Common subway stop in London, a group called C.A.T.S. – Citizens Advertising Takeover Service – has covered them with cats. Photos, that is.

Commuters will be greeted by 68 cat photos for two weeks – all made possible by a Kickstarter campaign. C.A.T.S received the equivalent of nearly $31,000 to blanket the station.
The founder is quoted: “Imagine a world where friends and experiences were more valuable than stuff you can buy. The team began thinking about crowdfunding to replace tube adverts with something else. Beautiful forests? Time spent with family? Hmmm. We wanted this to become famous, so we needed something the internet would love.”
