It’s possible for you to reach 3.5 billion people without leaving home.

According to a new survey, 47% of the world’s population now uses the Internet.

No surprise that richer countries have way more access than poorer ones. In America, it’s 75%.

In Iceland: it’s a whopping 98% followed closely Luxembourg, Norway and Denmark.

Such contrast with Niger and Chad, with less than 3% having access.

3.9 billion people are not online. In addition to being poorer, they’re generally less educated, rural, elderly and female. The United National’s goal is having 60% of the world’s population online by 2020.
